We are also delighted to announce that we have just taken over the Gribble Brewery and that the two businesses are now running back together as they always should have been. Rob is of course still brewing the 'famous Gribble brews' for us and we have already launched a new Beer CHI P A, a very hoopy light bitter with a strong bitter flavour but only 3.7 % ABV.
We were voted pub of the year 2006 by readers of the Chichester Observer but to top that we have won the Meridian Area Perfect Pub Award for 2007 which is run by The Daily Telegraph, The Publican, Classic FM and Greene King, which is a great honour for us here at the Gribble Inn and is pleasing to know that people do appreciate our hard work and dedicated team here in Oving.

We are blessed in having close ties with Dorset brewers 'Hall & Woodhouse'with their well known classics such as Badgers First Gold, Festive Pheasant & Tanglefoot not to mention the famous Fursty Ferret and Sussex Best.
We also offer the world famous Hofbrau lager which has been brewed in Munich for over 400 years, and is now brewed in this country by Hall & Woodhouse under licence to conform to the standards of the Hofbrau Master Brewer, we sell both the HB Export and the HB Premium lager, which with the up to eight Real Ales plus Guinness & Westons Stowford Press Cider on pump, we hope to have something to satisfy everyones taste.
